CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS & SPECIFICATIONS

During this phase of a project the following items are addressed:

• BIM Model Development (Building Information Modeling) to coordinate structural and mechanical systems
• Develop working drawings, details, and project specifications including HVAC, plumbing and electrical plans
• Prepare fixed equipment, casework and furnishings drawings
• Revise and update construction budget
• Finalize interior materials and color schedule
• Conduct final presentation of plans to Building Committee for authorization to release project for bidding
• Meet with engineers to present HVAC and electrical systems
• Prepare submittal plans and information for submittal to Safety and Professional Services, Health Departments, Plumbing Review, Zoning Committee, and Municipal Architectural Review Boards
